Our Approach

Emotional Rx uses a holistic (mind, body, and soul) approach to wellness focused on improving cognitive, social and emotional functioning.

 

We use a variety of creative therapeutic interventions that challenge negative thought patterns with the ultimate goal of reducing and eliminating self- defeating (unwanted and unhealthy) behaviors and thought patterns. Our treatment plans are designed to help people get over crises, build confidence, reduce stress and regain control of their lives. 

 

We also provide interventions to improve self-esteem, time management skills/productivity, goal setting, work relationships, reasoning ability, friendships, and parenting skills.
