Over the years most people I've met desire to improve themselves. Whether its taking up a new hobby, getting a degree or exercising; Self Improvement is typically high on the ”Things To Accomplish List”.
The common barrier people typically express is time. No one has time to meditate or practice the things that will enhance the quality if their lives.
